 Creamy Beef and Shells 





Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

8 oz medium pasta shells

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions and garlic until softened.

Add ground beef, cook until browned.

Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, and heavy cream. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Combine cooked pasta shells and cheddar cheese, stir until cheese is melted and everything is well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
