 Roasted Chicken Sausage & Veggie Skillet – Healthy & Hearty! 






Looking for a quick, wholesome dinner that’s big on flavor and light on cleanup? This one-pan wonder is loaded with tender chicken sausage, caramelized veggies, and a touch of smoky seasoning. Perfect for busy weeknights!


🛒 Ingredients


2 chicken sausages, sliced

1 medium sweet potato, cut into half-moons

1 zucchini, cut into half-moons

1 cup broccoli florets

½ small onion, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp soy sauce or balsamic glaze

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)


👩‍🍳 How to Make It


1️⃣ Roast Sweet Potatoes – Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet, cook sweet potatoes 8–10 mins until golden. Remove & set aside.

2️⃣ Cook Sausage – Brown chicken sausage in the same pan for 4–5 mins. Remove.

3️⃣ Sauté Veggies – Add 1 tbsp oil, toss in broccoli, zucchini & onions. Cook 5–7 mins until slightly caramelized.

4️⃣ Combine & Season – Return sausage & sweet potatoes. Add soy sauce/balsamic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt & pepper. Stir well.

5️⃣ Serve – Sprinkle sesame seeds, serve warm & enjoy!
