Cheesy Velveeta Bowtie Beef Pasta

🛒 Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
2 cups milk
2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, garnish)
👩🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
2️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet, add ground beef, and cook until browned.
3️⃣ Add onion & garlic; sauté until softened.
4️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
5️⃣ Pour in milk and stir in Velveeta cubes until melted & creamy.
6️⃣ Add Parmesan and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
7️⃣ Toss in the bowtie pasta until fully coated.
8️⃣ Garnish with parsley & serve hot.
