Stuffed Cheese Balls

 Stuffed Cheese Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cheese Balls:

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

For Coating:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

2 cups panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Shape the Cheese Balls: Use your hands or a small scoop and form the mixture of cheese into balls about 1 inch in diameter.

Coat the Cheese Balls: Prepare a breading station with three separate bowls. In one bowl, place flour, another bowl the beaten eggs, and a third bowl panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan. Dip each ball in flour, then in the egg, then into breadcrumb mixture.

Frying the Cheese Balls: Heat the oil in a deep fryer or skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry each ball for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

Serve: Remove the fried cheese balls from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve them warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 30 mins | Servings: 4
