🛒 Ingredients


For the Smash Burger

1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend works best)

Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

4 slices cheddar or American cheese 🧀

4 slices crispy bacon 🥓

2 brioche burger buns (toasted & buttered)


For the Fries

2 large russet potatoes (cut into thick wedges)

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt


For the BBQ Wings

1 lb chicken wings (flats & drumettes)

½ cup BBQ sauce

1 tbsp honey (optional, for extra stickiness)

1 tbsp butter, melted


👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Make the Fries


Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss potato wedges in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 25–30 mins, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.


2️⃣ Prepare the BBQ Wings


Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Bake wings for 35–40 mins, flipping halfway.

Toss hot wings in a mix of BBQ sauce, honey, and melted butter.


3️⃣ Smash the Burgers


Heat a cast-iron skillet or griddle over high heat.

Roll beef into 4 balls (~4 oz each).

Place onto skillet and smash flat with a spatula.

Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Cook 2–3 mins per side, adding cheese on top of patties while they’re hot.


4️⃣ Build the Burger


Toast brioche buns with a little butter.

Layer burger patties, cheese, and crispy bacon.

Top with your favorite burger sauce, lettuce, or pickles if desired.


5️⃣ Plate & Serve
