 Honey Garlic Pork Loin Roast 🍯 




A juicy pork loin roast, glazed with sweet honey, garlic, and savory spices — cooked to perfection with a caramelized crust.


🥩 Ingredients


1 (3–4 lb) pork loin roast

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp honey 🍯

4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt & black pepper, to taste


🔥 Instructions


1️⃣ Prepare the Pork Loin


Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Pat pork loin dry with paper towels.

Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.


2️⃣ Make the Glaze


In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, and vinegar.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear pork loin 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.


3️⃣ Roast to Perfection


Transfer pork to a roasting pan.

Brush glaze generously over the top.

Roast for 50–60 minutes, basting with glaze every 15 minutes.

Pork is done when the internal temp reaches 145°F (63°C).


4️⃣ Rest & Serve


Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes.

Slice, drizzle with pan juices, and enjoy
