 Pan-Seared Steak with Sunny-Side Eggs





🥘 Ingredients


1 lb steak (cut into cubes) 

2 tbsp butter 

2 eggs 

1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped 

2 garlic cloves, minced 

Salt & black pepper, to taste


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Sear the Steak


Season steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add steak and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.

Add minced garlic and thyme, tossing to coat. Remove from pan and keep warm.


2️⃣ Cook the Eggs


In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter over medium heat.

Crack in the eggs and cook sunny-side up until whites are set but yolks are still runny.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.


3️⃣ Plate & Serve


Serve steak cubes alongside the sunny-side eggs.

Garnish with extra thyme or a drizzle of pan juices for extra flavor.
